6. Event Registration, Payments, and Modifications
   
   
   • Payment Terms: Any required payments to access an event must be made before the event takes place, unless agreed upon otherwise. The participation fee is stated on the event page.
   • Cancellations & Refunds: Delegates and participants may cancel and receive a refund within 48 hours of registration or contract signing. After this 48-hour period, participation is strictly non-refundable.
   • Delegate Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to a colleague from the same company, with all terms binding on the substitute. Substitutions involving a different organisation are subject to approval from The Wealth Today.
   • Event Alterations: The Wealth Today has the complete right to alter the agenda, date, content, speaker, session, venue, timing, or any other part of an event without prior intimation. The Wealth Today is not liable to refund any stakeholders (including speakers, sponsors, and delegates) for fees or probable expenses resulting from these changes.
   • Online Events: Online events utilise third-party services; therefore, the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those third parties apply to all registrants.
   • No Liability for Statements: The Wealth Today accepts no liability for any statement, comment, or content expressed by any attendee, participant, sponsor, or speaker at any digital or physical event.

7. Sponsorship, Exhibitions, and Data Sharing
   
   
   • Data Sharing: All participants and registered delegates consent to The Wealth Today sharing event-generated data—including attendee profiles collected upon registration—with event sponsors.
   • Sponsor Definition: “Sponsor” includes Event Sponsors, Advertisers, Exhibitors, Knowledge Partners, or anyone investing monetarily or intellectually to generate leads.
   • Marketing & Privacy: Attendees agree that sponsors may contact them for marketing purposes. Sponsors do not have the right to distribute this data, and attendees are encouraged to read each sponsor’s privacy policy. The Wealth Today encourages professional data handling but does not control sponsor behaviour.
   • Exhibition Space: For in-person events, exhibition space is provided for exhibitors to build booths, display marketing collaterals, and perform marketing services.
   • Webinar Hosting: Sponsors hosting webinars or using our platform must agree to mutually decided deliverables. Any deviation grants The Wealth Today the right to cancel the event without a refund.
   • Date Changes: If a sponsor wishes to change an event date, The Wealth Today reserves the right to agree or disagree, and the change will incur a USD 250 administrative fee.

8. User-Submitted Content and Event Media
   
   
   • Media Ownership: Any content produced at events, including quotes, lectures, photos, and videos, is the property of The Wealth Today and may be used for future marketing or content purposes.
   • Awards Registration: Filling out registration forms on the awards website subjects you to all website terms and conditions. Details can be updated by contacting events@thewealth.today.
   • Content Submissions: The Wealth Today reserves the right to edit, add, or delete any submitted material, including text, videos, and graphics.
   • Originality & Indemnity: You agree that any submitted material is your original content, you own the relevant rights, and it is not obscene, defamatory, or unlawful. You fully and permanently indemnify us against any liabilities, monetary damages, harassment, or loss caused by the use of your content.
   • Marketing Use: Submitted material may be used by us for future marketing purposes unless specifically instructed otherwise.

9. Media, Advertising, and Marketing
   
   
   • Content Approval: Material supplied by sponsors or advertisers is subject to approval. We reserve the right to remove material if it is unlawful or infringes on any entity’s rights. Sponsors and advertisers agree they are submitting original work and completely indemnify us against any arising claims or liabilities.
   • Campaign Alterations: We reserve the right to remove branding or advertisements past the contractual period without communicating with the client. Clients may cancel agreements if the delivery alters from pre-agreed terms, unless the alteration is due to urgent conditions beyond our control.
   • Late Submissions: If advertising copy is not received on time, The Wealth Today is not responsible and may use an in-house advertisement or the most appropriate alternative copy.
   • Liability Absolution: We absolve ourselves from any liability occurring due to third-party faults or client mistakes. In emergencies requiring corrective measures, the client grants express permission for The Wealth Today to act as deemed necessary. Print media, once processed, cannot be altered.
   • Legal Compliance: Clients agree their shared content is legally permissible and does not infringe on anyone’s rights. Clients absolve The Wealth Today of any liability and will handle all claims or penalties arising from the publication of such content.
